On January 1 2004, the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003 was enacted.
This legislation allows for criminal prosecution and fines of up to $2MIL
against those companies and persons who willfully violate
the law by continuing to abuse Commercial Email systems.
The full text of the Act is available as html or as a PDF document from David E. Sorkin's, Spam Laws website (http://www.spamlaws.com/)
EmailHeads enthusiastically supports these efforts to prevent
the continued abuse of Commercial Email through the harrassment
of Email recipients. Our Permission Based Email Marketing
Services adhere to this new law wholly. Any abuse by our
clients will result in suspension and / or termination of their
access to our business services.
